I’m a 34-year-old fitness enthusiast with a lifelong passion for sports and well-being. My journey started with swimming, then strength training at 17, followed by hiking and biking across Europe —experiences that shaped my understanding of fitness as a key to both physical and mental health.

10 years ago, I turned this passion into a career, diving deep into training techniques, nutrition, and recovery to help others achieve their goals. After working in Parisian gyms, I transitioned to personal training, focusing on tailored, at-home sessions.

Now based in Vancouver, I specialize in postpartum training, weight loss, and helping clients stay pain-free in everyday life. Through this blog, I aim to inspire, educate, and support you on your fitness journey!
