1-1 Session

In person 1-1 training. 100% customized sessions. In a park, at your place or at your building gym, we will be working on reaching your goals. 

10 Sessions Bundle

Motivation is key in this process. If you believe in yourself and invest on your potentiel, so will I. Book your sessions in advance, and get all of the benefices from it. 

To guarantee your progress, those 10 sessions are to be used within 10 weeks

Duo Session

If your motivation is coming from the group, why not considering a duo session? Only applies for 2 persons trying to reach the same goals and with no medical condition that need to be adressed.
